Terramodena was born from the passion for traditions and love for taste. We follow family recipes handed down from generation to generation in order to obtain an authentic product rich in history. The main ingredients of our vinegar are three: quality raw materials, care and time. Our vinegar factory is immersed in the Emilian countryside, just outside Modena, and it is precisely here that our raw materials are born. Fragrant grapes, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, which tell of hot sunny summers and freezing winter frost. The cure. We are artisans: every step, from cooking the must to labeling, tying and preparing the bottles is the result of our hands, our careful gestures and our passion. Then we have the time. Making vinegar is a work of calm, of patience, of long waits. The product rests silently as the years pass. In the quiet, the barrels release their aromas and the balsamic inebriates the environment with captivating aromas. We give time all the space it needs to guarantee the excellence that distinguishes our final product.
